Groove Gear International offers a full money-back guarantee on all unopened, unworn, and undamaged merchandise for a period of 30-days from purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the origional receipt, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping / Handling fees are not refundable. Exceptions include customized merchandise. Customized merchandise is not refundable due to the customized nature of the merchandise. Deffective customized merchandise will be repaired or replaced by Groove Gear free of charge for a period of 3-months from the date of purchase, provided merchandise has been subject to normal wear and tear, has not been mistreated, and is returned with a copy of the origional receipt.
